Kid-Cast: Dallas ISD’s The Texas History Mystery!

image On September 28, 2007 two classes in different locations in Texas connected via interactive video conferencing equipment to participate in a Texas History Mystery. Each class was to come up with its own Texas History tidbit and provide the other with clues on how to discover the solution to their mystery, sort of a ‘digital twenty questions’. Both Bond Elementary in El Paso and Conner Elementary in Dallas did a fine job presenting, but the really amazing thing was watching them as they did their research to come up with their solutions.

If the student reaction is any indication of how much they enjoyed the activity, then a great time was had by all.
